The movie Monsters Vs. Aliens is about a pretty California girl named Susan Murphy is nailed by a meteor full of outer space junk on her very special wedding day, then all of a sudden she mysteriously grows to 49 feet tall. The US military jumps into action and Susan is captured and secretly taken away to a special government compound. There, she is named as Ginormica and placed in confinement with a group of Monsters: Dr. Cockroach, Ph.D.; The Missing Link; the gelatinous and B.O.B.; and the 350-foot grub called Insectosaurus. Their incarceration is cut short when a mysterious alien robot lands on Earth and begins invading the country. In a moment of desperation, the President is persuaded to enlist the crew of Monsters to fight the Alien Robot and save the world from total destruction.
